Nigel attends Jamie Vardy’s farewell

Former Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson was an invited guest last Sunday for Jamie Vardy’s final game as a Leicester player, a 2-0 home win over Ipswich Town.

Pearson, alongside his family and former players and colleagues, watched Vardy score his 200th goal in his 500th game for the club, before being substituted to a standing ovation.

Nigel received his own acknowledgement from the crowd, when pictured on the big screens at King Power Stadium, with supporters singing his name in recognition of his success at club, winning the League One title in his first spell, and the Championship title and Premier League survival in his second spell.
